Expo 67 in films and television

The unusual buildings made Expo 67 a natural for use in films and television. I am in the process of documenting these appearances and will be adding more to the site shortly.

Opening titles

In 1979 the aging grounds of Expo 67 and "Man and His World" made an appearance on the science fiction series Battlestar Galactica. The series was the story of a band of human survivors fleeing a murderous race of robots, and their adventures as they searched for possible allies on the lost world of Earth.

Opening titles

It Takes a Thief was an American television series from Universal Pictures that ran from 1968 to 1970. It starred Robert Wagner as Alexander Mundy, a suave career thief who is let out of prison by the fictitious Secret Intelligence Agency ("SIA") so he can steal things for them.
