Igel
From Randy Treadway: "I looked up Twipsy and found this, which explains some of the Igel captions like 'scanner' (Google translation of German Wikipedia text). It seems that the Igel postcards with a *border* are probably scenes from the television show."
November 1999 started on KI.KA the animated series Twipsy with 26 episodes of 25 minutes, each episode contains two stories. Seven months before the start of the EXPO 2000 in this way children become familiar with the World's Fair. In the first episode, Nick gets the 13-year-old from an accident in the world of cyberspace . There he meets the colorful and lively e-mail messenger Twipsy. A modified scanner served as a transporter in the world of the Internet. Sun also experience the other children, such as Nick's 8-year-old sister Lissie or his friend Albert, many adventures and learn about cyberspace. The figures are, if they are in cyberspace, with computer graphics shown, and if the "Real World" stay in, in the traditional animation style. In addition, all persons Twipsys size and nearly matched his appearance. |
