“Research and Technology For the Benefit of Man”
| In keeping with its theme, the Federal Republic of Germany is
spotlighting some of the products of its research, thus demonstrating how the
nation is in the vanguard of progress in terms of both sophisticated
technological development and applying its results for the benefit of man. There were actually two German Pavilions, with the exhibits spread across two buildings in B Block. The larger display in building B4 showcased a recreation of German villages intermixed with displays of products, with a film in building B1 recapping modern German life. (CD #1 Set 2 #38) |
