Disneyland collectors have long treasured the commercial Pana-Vue slides which were sold at the Park, for the photographers had access to settings off limits to the paying visitors. This set of slides appears to be from one of those photographers, but is not one of the actual Panavue sets. The slides are in amateur cardboard mounts, not the standard ones seen for the Panavue slides, but even more interestingly many of them feature views not seen in the Panavue sets. For example, as seen below, the version of "Mickey and Train" in this set is completely different than the Panavue version. Not only the pose is different but so is the train. Unlike the Panavue slides sold at the Park these had not turned red, providing even more brilliant views of the Park in those cases where the images are the same.
There is a total of 75 pictures and 415 MB. The original slides were scanned at 2400 DPI and digitally corrected for color and scratches. Additional cleaning was done as needed to produce some bright images of days long gone.
